Questions about your Artspan site and GDRP?

We have researched further into the GDPR issue. If you do not sell to the EU and have no EU contacts on your lists, you will be in good shape.

Here is what our members can do:  Check your mailing lists. Ask yourself:  Would these people expect to get a message from you? If not, you should remove them from your list. Newsletters you send from the Artspan newsletter feature all have an unsubscribe option.

Regarding cookies: Artspan uses Google Analytics. If you would like that removed from your site Artspan can do so, please note that in that case your statistics will no longer work.

Privacy policy on your site: You can create it as a page in your Pages section. Here is an interesting article regarding the confusion around these new regulations.
