The use of the Material on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Przm Members warrant and represent that they are the artists and authors of the artwork displayed on their Member Sites or that they have express written permission from the owners of the copyright to the work to display the work. Przm, LLC does not verify the ownership and licensing of the artists’ and authors’ works and does not warrant and represent that works displayed on the Website and on the Members’ Sites is as represented by Przm Members. You agree that Przm, LLC will not be held liable by you and/or those under your control for any misrepresentation or copyright violation by Przm Members.

Certain marks used on the Website and on Przm Member Sites are registered trademarks or service marks of Przm.com and Przm Members. Other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are Przm, LLC’s trademarks, service marks, or trade dress and are the sole and exclusive property of Przm, LLC. Our trademarks, service marks, and trade dress may not be used for any commercial or other purposes by any party other than Przm.com without our prior written consent. If you are a Member of Przm, you are responsible for maintaining the security, privacy, and confidentiality of your account, website, network, computer, software, data, and information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password, on your website, network, computer, and software, and with your data and information. Przm, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Przm Member's Websites

Przm is a provider of website services to its Members who are independent from Przm. Members set their own terms of sale and terms of use, which may or may not be posted on their individual websites. The website services provided to Przm Members by Przm include, but are not limited to, website hosting, templated websites, shopping carts that may be integrated into these websites, and the printing, matting and framing of artwork.

In the event of a dispute between an Przm Member and a buyer, Przm may be asked by both the Przm Member and the buyer to mediate the dispute, however, Przm, LLC is not obligated to mediate the dispute and has the sole discretion to determine whether to mediate.
